1/2 cup - Chickpeas ( soaked overnight or canned )\r
1/3 cup - Sweet Potato ( peeled & chopped)\r
1/4 cup - cauliflower ( chopped )\r
1 cup - water\r
turmeric powder - a pinch\r
garlic - a tiny piece ( chopped ) \r

Recipe #2 - Fish & Vegetable rice\r
Ingredients: \r
1/4 cup - carrot (chopped)\r
1/4 cup - potato (chopped)\r
1/4 cup - tomato (chopped)\r
1 Tbsp - rice ( washed )\r
3/4 cup - water\r
50 gms - fish fillet (any white fish) (chopped) \r
1 tsp - Oil\r
1/8 tsp - salt ( 2 pinches )\r
Spice powders: (turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, pepper powder - 1/4 tsp, 3/4 tsp - coriander powder )\r

1 Tbsp - barley ( washed )\r
1/2 cup - tomato ( chopped )\r
1/2 cup - brinjal ( chopped )\r
1/2 cup - pinto beans ( or rajma or kidney beans ) (soaked)\r
1/2 cup - water\r

1/4 cup - Couscous ( or coarse semolina / rava )\r
1 tsp - coriander leaves or parsley (chopped)\r

1 tsp - french green lentil ( or red lentil / masoor daal )\r
1/2 cup - spinach ( chopped )\r
1 tsp - oil\r
1/4 cup - tomato ( chopped )\r

1 Tbsp - cracked wheat ( dalia / bulgar ) ( or use semolina/rava)\r

1 tsp - tomato sauce / ketchup\r

1/8 tsp - pepper ( 2 pinches )\r
1 Tbsp - parmesan cheese ( optional )\r
3 Cups - Water ( to boil pasta )\r

1/4 cup - cracked wheat ( bulgar / dalia / fada / samba rava)\r

1/2 tbsp - rice\r
2 tbsp - red lentil ( masoor daal )\r
oil - 1/2 tsp\r
1/4 tsp - ginger ( finely chopped)\r
1 tbsp - Onion ( finely chopped)\r
1/2 cup - boneless chicken breast (finely chopped)\r
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp\r
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp\r
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp\r
2 pinches - salt\r
1 cup Vegetable shreds ( I used carrot, cauliflower & potato)\r
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves ( or parsley)\r
